Patients and their relatives, who saw the oxygen covering the entire ground, experienced a brief moment of panic.
Those who saw the layer of fog mistook it for a gas leak. After asking the workers performing the refill what was happening and learning the truth, the patients and their relatives breathed a sigh of relief upon discovering that the fog cloud on the ground was caused by the leaking oxygen.
Meanwhile, the layer of fog dissipated after the filling process was completed and the oxygen tanker left the hospital.
