Police officer chasing suspect falls from roof
In Samsun, a police officer was injured after falling from a roof approximately 4.5 meters high while attempting to apprehend a suspect who fled during an operation at a house.

The incident occurred in the Yenimahalle neighborhood of Samsun's Canik district.
According to the information obtained, the motorcycle-mounted Yunus teams affiliated with the Samsun Police Department's Public Security Branch conducted an operation at the house of a suspect they had been tracking. The suspect fled from the roof of the house.
During the pursuit, one of the Yunus police officers, A.E. (40), fell approximately 4.5 meters into a workplace after the plastic roofing material he stepped on broke.
The injured officer was taken to the Samsun Training and Research Hospital by ambulance and placed under treatment.
It was learned that the police officer is in good health.
