Police officer kills neighbor he had a feud with in Çorum
In the Osmancık district of Çorum, a person who was shot and wounded by a police officer with a handgun has died in the hospital.

Police officer Hüseyin Ç., who serves at the Kargı District Police Department in Çorum, shot and wounded his neighbor Fatih Afacan (40), with whom he had a prior feud, on Adatepe Street in the Gemici neighborhood, before fleeing the scene.
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The wounded man, who was taken to Osmancık State Hospital by medical teams, could not be saved despite all interventions.
Police officer Hüseyin Ç. later surrendered to the Kargı District Police Department.
It was learned that Hüseyin Ç. had previously served at the Osmancık District Police Department, was recently transferred to the Kargı District Police Department, and had a feud with his neighbor Fatih Afacan during his time serving in Osmancık.
