According to the information obtained, YÜTSO Assembly President Timur Sevi, a well-known and respected figure in the district, was targeted in an armed attack in front of his home in the evening hours.
Sevi was taken to Yüksekova State Hospital by an ambulance that arrived at the scene and was subsequently taken into surgery.
It has been learned that Sevi's medical condition remains critical and that one person has been taken into custody regarding the incident.
