MOBBING AND THREATS AT THE COURTHOUSE

Yesterday at 18:19, Yalman made a post on the social media platform X regarding the mobbing and threats he experienced at the courthouse.

Yalman's statements, in which he said he would end his life, are as follows:

- "As a member of the judiciary working as a Prosecutor Candidate at the Adana Courthouse, I would like to bring a few matters to your attention and completely sever my ties with life. For the past few months, I have been subjected to the mobbing and threats of our Coordinating Judge M.Ç. When the threats of the person named S.Ü.Y, my mentor prosecutor, were added to this (voice recordings are available with the relevant individuals regarding this matter).

- I met with the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor B.G. and the Commission President M.A.Ç. to seek my legal rights; they were kind enough to say they would look into it, but no steps have been taken for some time. To be frank, I don't even think any steps will be taken. The fact that these individuals are like this does not mean that all our members of the judiciary are like this; believe me, I have met so many high-quality and competent legal professionals that I cannot describe their number.

- On this occasion, I salute the supreme Turkish judiciary. In short, I hope my rights are not left unaddressed and that this matter is pursued. I ask for everyone's forgiveness and personally, I forgive everyone. Wearing the robe I threw below was my biggest dream; the Almighty God granted it to me, even if for a short time.

- Finally, I would like to end my words with the famous saying of the poet Bâkî: 'Spread your fame in this world like David; it turns out that what remains in this dome is a pleasant sound.'

Yalman had also tagged some journalists, politicians, and members of the judiciary in his message.
