Prostitution operation in Antalya: 5 suspects caught, 14 victimized women rescued

In an operation targeting a business on Lara Street in Antalya, 5 suspects were caught and 14 victimized women were rescued.

Teams from the Antalya Police Department's Public Security Branch conducted an operation aimed at identifying prostitution activities, preventing venereal diseases, apprehending those involved in the crime, and rescuing women forced into prostitution.

As part of the investigation, it was determined that a business operating on Lara Street in the Güzeloba neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district was providing space for women waiting for the purpose of prostitution.

During the operation, 5 suspects were caught and 14 victimized women were rescued. Following their processing at the police station, the suspects were referred to the courthouse; 2 were released under judicial control, while 3 suspects were arrested.
