Sausage company in Kayseri enters ministry's list with 4 violations
A sausage company from Kayseri has been included in the latest Adulteration and Misrepresentation List published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

It was reported that in the sausage produced by DNC Et Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi - Arda Et Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which appeared on the list published on the ministry's official website, skin tissue, food coloring, poultry meat, and offal (head meat) were detected.
It was stated that legal proceedings have been initiated against the company.
