The incident occurred in the evening hours in the Aşağıçeşme neighborhood, located 10 kilometers from the Güney district center.
According to the information obtained, a dispute broke out for an as-yet-undetermined reason between 44-year-old Murat Kutludağ and his 42-year-old wife, Ayşe Kutludağ, who have 3 children, 2 of whom are girls.
The eldest child of the family, a university student named F.K., was slightly injured in the arm with a knife while trying to break up the fight between the couple.

Seeing that her son had been injured, the mother, overcome with rage, struck her husband on the head with an iron rod she had grabbed.
While Murat Kutludağ, left covered in blood, lost his life at the scene, the woman who caused her husband's death was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams.
The body of the deceased husband was taken to the forensic morgue following the prosecutor's examination at the scene.
