She suffered the same fate as her brother two years later
In Denizli, a young girl lost her life after being struck by a car while trying to cross the road. It was learned that the young girl's brother had also lost his life in a traffic accident 2 years ago.

The accident occurred on Menderes Boulevard in the Bozburun neighborhood of the Merkezefendi district. According to the information obtained, 21-year-old Neşe Çevik was struck by a Tofaş-brand car with license plate 20 AOF 733, driven by İbrahim D., while she was attempting to cross the boulevard.
As a result of the vehicle impact, the young girl was thrown to the side of the road. Upon the notification of citizens in the vicinity, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
Before the medical teams arrived, a citizen with first aid knowledge was recorded by bystanders performing CPR on Çevik for several minutes. The young girl, who was resuscitated with CPR, was taken by ambulance to Denizli State Hospital.
COULD NOT BE SAVED DESPITE ALL INTERVENTIONS
Çevik, who was taken under treatment at the hospital, could not be saved despite all interventions by doctors and lost her life. The cries of family members who heard the painful news in front of the hospital were heartbreaking. The young girl's lifeless body was taken from Denizli State Hospital and moved to the forensic medicine morgue for an autopsy.

It was learned that Çevik's 17-year-old brother, Cengiz Çevik, also lost his life as a result of a traffic accident on August 23, 2021. The young girl's brother, Cengiz Çevik, had also lost his life at the scene after being struck by a minibus while he was trying to cross the road to go home from a tobacco field.
