Just one week after that incident, blood was shed at another wedding, this time in the Şebinkarahisar district of Giresun.
According to the information received, Beyzanur Bayazit and Ali Karaca, who united their lives at a wedding hall in the center of Şebinkarahisar last night, went to their home in Turpçu village.
As celebrations continued in the village following the wedding ceremony and the couple was about to be sent off to their home, the groom's sister-in-law, F.K., who grabbed a gun to fire into the air, accidentally shot Ali Karaca (23) in the chest. The young man, who was seriously injured, lost his life at the Şebinkarahisar State Hospital where he was taken, while the sister-in-law, F.K., was taken into custody. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
