This time it wasn't a vehicle that lost control, but a bird: A hawk unable to slow down crashed into a shop window
In Konya, a bird, believed to be a hawk, was captured on security camera crashing into a shop window and being thrown back. The bird, which lay motionless on the ground for a while, flew away from where it had fallen after about 15 minutes.

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning on Dr. Ahmet Özcan Street in the Saadet neighborhood of the central Meram district.
According to the information obtained, employees at a business on the street went outside after hearing a crashing sound coming from the shop's window. The business owner and employees, who checked the windows, found a bird, believed to be a hawk, lying unconscious on the ground.
Mehmet Çetin, an employee at the business who checked the security cameras, saw in the footage that the bird had approached at high speed in an unstable manner before crashing into the window. The bird began to move after about 15 minutes, drank some water provided by Çetin, and flew away, disappearing from sight.
"WE THOUGHT IT WAS A CHICKEN AT FIRST"
Explaining that he went outside after hearing the sound of the bird crashing, Mehmet Çetin said, "I was inside the shop. There was a sound, and we went outside to check. A bird was lying on the ground. When we first looked, we thought it was a chicken. We couldn't tell at first that it was a species of hawk. Later, we learned it was a hawk. We gave it some water and such. Then it came to, revived, and flew away."
