Train hits student shuttle in Muş
In an accident at a level crossing in Muş, 17 students were injured when a train struck their school shuttle. The injured students are not in life-threatening condition.

A train operating the Tatvan-Elazığ route struck a student shuttle at a level crossing in the Yeşilce neighborhood of Muş. In the accident, 17 students inside the shuttle vehicle with license plate 49 S 0044, driven by Ramazan Aytulun, were injured.
Following the incident, health, AFAD, fire department, and police teams were dispatched to the region. The injured students were taken to Muş State Hospital after receiving initial medical intervention. Authorities reported that the students are not in life-threatening condition.
Provincial Director of National Education Abdulkadir Altay went to the hospital after the accident to receive information about the students' health status. Altay stated, "Our 2071 Melikşah Middle School's private student shuttle was passing through the train crossing when the train struck the left side of the vehicle, resulting in minor injuries to our students. As a precaution, all of our students were referred to the hospital and placed under observation. Thank God, none of our students have life-threatening injuries. We call for more caution to ensure such accidents do not happen again."
