Wife dies by suicide, husband attempts suicide
In Fatih, a man who had argued with his wife suffered a nervous breakdown upon returning home to find that his wife had taken her own life. The elderly man, in shock from the incident, attempted suicide and was taken to the hospital.

The incident occurred around 21:30 in a building on Yeşil Tekke Street in Fatih. According to allegations, the couple, Turgut M. and Dilber M., had an argument in the morning. Turgut M., who left the house after the argument, found his wife hanging in the home when he returned in the evening.
Experiencing great shock after the event, Turgut M. attempted suicide. Upon hearing noises from the apartment, neighbors notified the police and medical teams. The teams arriving at the scene transported the injured Turgut M. to the hospital by ambulance, while medical examinations determined that Dilber M. had lost her life. Crime scene investigation teams conducted an examination of the apartment.
Following the examinations, Dilber M.'s body was taken to the Council of Forensic Medicine morgue for an autopsy. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
