Woman falls to her death while cleaning windows
In the Gelibolu district of Çanakkale, an elderly woman lost her balance while cleaning windows and fell from the second floor, losing her life.

In the Emek 1 housing complex located in the Sarmaşıklı area of Çanakkale's Gelibolu district, 69-year-old Vesile A. lost her balance and fell to the ground while cleaning the windows of her second-floor apartment. Following the incident, neighbors in the vicinity immediately notified the authorities.
Upon the report, police and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the scene. After providing initial intervention to Vesile A. at the scene, the medical teams transported the critically injured woman to the Şehit Koray Onay State Hospital. However, despite all efforts at the hospital, Vesile A. could not be saved.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident and are continuing to examine the details.
