Wounded in armed attack by ex-husband, 32-week-old baby loses life

The incident occurred yesterday evening on Cizre Boulevard in the Bayındır neighborhood.
According to the information obtained, Yağmur K. (26) was traveling in a car with license plate 10 DD 560 with her husband, Ali Rıza S. (34), when she was subjected to an armed attack by her ex-husband, Aydın K.
Yağmur K., who was wounded in the attack, was taken to the hospital by medical teams.
It was learned that the baby in the womb of the woman, who was taken under treatment at the hospital and determined to be 32 weeks pregnant, had lost its life.
Following the incident, it was learned that the suspect's vehicle was found in the Kurtalan district of Siirt and that efforts to capture him have been initiated.
On the other hand, it was learned that Yağmur K. had filed 8 separate complaints against her ex-husband, Aydın K., in Siirt between 2021 and 2024, with the last application made on June 24, 2024.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
