Young woman murdered by her boyfriend, who slit her throat
In the Karacabey district of Bursa, a young woman named Gökçe Alkan was murdered by her boyfriend, Mustafa B., who slit her throat inside a car following an argument.

The incident occurred yesterday at approximately 22:00 in a forest in the Güngörmez neighborhood.
According to allegations, an argument broke out between Gökçe Alkan (18) and Mustafa B. (24), who had arrived at the forest by car. As the argument escalated, Mustafa B. allegedly used a knife he had with him to slit Gökçe Alkan's throat. Alkan lost her life at the scene.
It was reported that after the incident, the suspect walked to the neighborhood, told residents that the person he had been arguing with was dead, and asked for help to get to the town center.
On the other hand, it was learned that the suspect had also harmed himself with the knife and had a cut on his neck. Upon notification by neighborhood residents, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.
Checks by the medical teams confirmed that Gökçe Alkan had died at the scene. Alkan's body was taken to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy.
While the treatment of Mustafa B., who was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams, continues at the hospital, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
