37-year-old journalist living in Kocaeli suffers brain hemorrhage and passes away

Journalist Cihan Teker (37) has passed away in the hospital where he was being treated for a brain hemorrhage in Kocaeli.
Cihan Teker, a father of one who worked as a journalist in the Dilovası district, had suffered a brain hemorrhage recently. After being rushed to the hospital, Teker learned that he had leukemia.
Teker, who was placed under treatment, could not be saved despite all efforts.
His body was taken from the hospital and brought to Orhangazi Mosque. The ceremony was attended by Dilovası District Governor Metin Kubilay, Dilovası Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu, İzmit Mayor Fatma Kaplan Hürriyet, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Hasan Soba, as well as journalists, his family, and friends. Following the funeral prayer, Teker was laid to rest.
