Following a 12-hour operation, Önder was moved to intensive care, and his life remains in danger. His doctors stated that his heart, which stopped twice due to an aortic dissection and a heart attack, was successfully restarted.

While Önder's health condition remains critical, negative comments on social media have drawn attention. Famous television personality Armağan Çağlayan reacted to these comments, recalling the words of the Mufti of Çatalca regarding the death of Volkan Konak. In a post on the X platform, Çağlayan stated, "Friends, have we all become the Mufti of Çatalca?"
