Censorship had been imposed on AKP member Yazıcı's interference in the judiciary: Court lifts the censorship

It was alleged that AKP MKYK member Hayati İnanç interfered in the case opened against the judges and prosecutors who acquitted the Adnan Oktar criminal organization, and a criminal complaint was filed against İnanç.

Özkan Mamati, a former member of the Adnan Oktar criminal organization, and businessman Fırat Develioğlu had applied to the prosecutor's office against AKP member İnanç with accusations of "attempting to influence a fair trial" and "aiding the Adnan Oktar Criminal Organization." An access ban had been imposed on news reports regarding the subject upon the request of AKP member İnanç.

"In the latest developments, upon the rumors and evidence received by the victim complainants regarding the fact that Hayati İnanç, an AKP MKYK member, pressured primarily HSK members and high-level officials of the Ministry of Justice to save the judges and prosecutors on trial, and made attempts to save the relevant persons from receiving sentences, a criminal complaint was filed against Hayati İnanç for the crime of 'ATTEMPTING TO INFLUENCE A FAIR TRIAL AND AIDING THE ADNAN OKTAR ARMED CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION'."
