A notable development occurred regarding the "Five-in-One Mass Opening and Loyalty Program" scheduled to take place in Bolu today. Initially, official invitations had been sent to both national and local media members. The invitation extended to the press for the event, which was expected to be attended by the President of Religious Affairs, Safi Arpaguş, was canceled shortly thereafter.

The Governor's Office had announced that journalists would attend the ceremony to be held in front of the Hatice Ana Values Education Center near the Provincial Mufti's Office on Thursday, July 23, at 14:30. However, a second statement distributed shortly after informed that the program would be closed to the press. In the new announcement made by the Governor's Office, it was stated that this decision was taken in line with the request of the Press Consultancy of the Presidency of Religious Affairs.

In the statement made after the event, it was shared with the public that the footage and photographs to be taken at the ceremony would be provided to the press by the Presidency of Religious Affairs. This last-minute change drew reactions, particularly from the media members who had been invited.
