Following these criticisms, the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) took action in line with the complaints received.
The series 'Jasmine', which is broadcast on a digital platform and stars Asena Keskinci, known for the series 'Bez Bebek', has entered RTÜK's investigation radar.
In its statement, RTÜK noted that the series contains content that targets the Turkish family structure and contradicts national and moral values. It also announced that the series would be investigated on the grounds that it contains scenes that exploit women and are contrary to general morality.
