Criticism of Kılıçdaroğlu from Uğur Dündar: He will lose his dignity along with his seat

Drawing attention to the calls for change within the CHP that began after the opposition's loss in the Presidential and Parliamentary elections, journalist Uğur Dündar addressed the pessimism among voters.

"HE WILL ALSO LOSE HIS DIGNITY"

Stating that change is necessary for ballot box motivation, Dündar wrote in his column in the Sözcü newspaper, titled "As Kılıçdaroğlu resists change, he will lose his dignity along with his seat," the following:

"Although months have passed since the election defeat, the opposition voter has not been able to overcome the great shock they experienced. The fact that the leader of the main opposition party, the CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, has not done what was required of him after the defeat has driven the voter to despair.

I look around my circle, I chat with people in the places I go, and I see the same pessimism in everyone.

So much so that no one wants to talk about politics or even watch the news on television channels.

So, how can this hopelessness prevailing among opposition voters be overcome as the local government elections approach? How can ballot box motivation be restored to the masses who seem determined not to go to the polls?

There is a one-word answer to these questions:

With change...

When change is mentioned, it should not just mean Mr. Kemal leaving and someone else taking his place.

To state it in broad strokes without going into detail;

The change to be made with the strength drawn from the populist and revolutionary genes of the CHP must ensure intra-party democracy at a contemporary level, women and youth must be the driving force, and a brand new, exciting vision that speaks to the entire society must be put forward.

And of course, the flag of such a revolutionary change must be carried by a young, brave, and honest leader who is at peace with the founding settings of the CHP, whose Atatürkism is never questioned, who is a lover of the Republic, and who engages in politics with a passion to embrace all segments of society.

As for Mr. Kemal...

As I have always said, politicians and pilots have similarities.

Both have to take the wind into account.

For example, for a pilot to successfully lift a plane off the runway or land it perfectly, they must choose the direction allowed by the wind.

Otherwise, it is not possible to take off or land on the runway.

The plane crashes!..

The politician's wind is the voter.

The voter gives their message at the ballot box.

The politician who wins the election flies, that is, they come to power.

The one who loses, especially if they make it a habit, crashes at the ballot box...

Mr. Kemal, who resists change and is therefore gradually losing his dignity, should look at the comments under his social media posts if he wants to learn how the wind is blowing.

He will see that the CHP, under his pilotage, is falling rapidly!..

This is such a rapid fall that it could cause Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu to lose both his seat and his dignity!.."
