Former YARSAV President Eminağaoğlu to Erdoğan: I Condemn You

President and AKP Chairman Tayyip Erdoğan has chosen his side in the Constitutional Court (AYM) crisis. Defending the criminal complaint filed by the Court of Cassation against AYM members, Erdoğan stated, "The decisions of judicial institutions can also be debated. In Turkey, no organ, no institution, including high courts, is above the law or beyond criticism."

Reactions from legal experts to Erdoğan's statements have begun to emerge. Former YARSAV President Ömer Faruk Eminağaoğlu, in a post on his social media account, quoted the news report containing Erdoğan's words and wrote, "I condemn Erdoğan."
