The world's most prestigious healthcare organizations publish a list of the best hospitals every year by evaluating hospital quality, patient satisfaction, technological infrastructure, and research activities.
It drew attention that no hospital from Turkey was among the 250 hospitals that made it onto this list this year.
WORLD'S BEST HOSPITALS LIST ANNOUNCED
The "World’s Best Hospitals 2025" list is created based on important criteria such as patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), quality indicators, and patient experience. In this list, where approximately 2,400 hospitals from 30 countries are evaluated annually, the hospitals that stand out worldwide were determined. However, Turkey's absence from this ranking caused surprise.
TURKEY IS NOT ON THE LIST THIS YEAR
No hospital from Turkey was included in the "World’s Best Hospitals 2025" list published this year. The absence of a hospital from Turkey among the top 250 was pointed to as a result of certain shortcomings in the healthcare sector or the possibility of not being included in the evaluation processes.
