İdil Türkmenoğlu and Yonca İnal were the guests on Filtresiz with Özge Uzun

The guests on the program 'Filtresiz with Özge Uzun', broadcast on 12punto, were actor, director, and program coordinator Yonca İnal and educator İdil Türkmenoğlu. 

In her remarks on acting training, Yonca İnal stated that education should be multidisciplinary.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING PROGRAM DO THEY HAVE? 

Responding to Özge Uzun's question, "What kind of training program do you have?", İnal stated that the program consists of workshops with percentages determined by age groups and said, "We provide stage acting lessons that account for 60-70 percent. The remaining 30 percent consists of auxiliary disciplines."

While emphasizing that these auxiliary disciplines must support acting training, İnal noted that subjects such as dance, music, professional ethics, social skills, diction, dubbing, visual arts, and design are also included in the program. "In fact, they all accompany each other within a main theme and support the craft of acting," added İnal, stating that all disciplines should be intertwined with acting.

ON CHILD EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Another guest on the Filtresiz with Özge Uzun program, educator İdil Türkmenoğlu, made statements regarding child education and development.

Türkmenoğlu said, "First and foremost, we have built our vision on raising good people. This is one of the most important values for us." She stated that they aim to provide children not only with academic knowledge but also with human values at the foundation of their education.

Giving examples of the relationships children build with one another, Türkmenoğlu added, "The 5 to 18 age group protects one another, treats animals well, and shares the same classroom with children who develop differently. This creates a strong environment of solidarity and respect among the children."

Touching upon the process of identity formation during adolescence, Türkmenoğlu stated, "When we give children the opportunity to take the stage and applaud their performances every week, we help them strengthen their identities."

Furthermore, stating that they have adopted Arda Aydın's approach to developing musical performances, Türkmenoğlu emphasized that such achievements instill self-confidence in children.

 Yonca İnal, on the other hand, said that choosing the right instructor is of vital importance in acting training. İnal said, "First of all, it is not very easy to find a good place in this field. For this reason, one must look at the qualifications of the educators." Stating that graduating from an acting department does not mean one is qualified to teach, İnal emphasized that graduates are candidates to be actors.

"To be an educator, one must also go through a series of trainings," said İnal, expressing that those who pass on the acting profession must have received pedagogical training.
