In Samsun, AKP Terme District Chair Mümin Osman Erhan, AKP Vezirköprü District Chair Mehmet Kurt, and AKP Ladik District Chair Recep Dirican announced that they have resigned from their positions.
The chairs, who made their departure announcements on their social media accounts, thanked President and AKP Chair Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as well as the provincial and district organizations.
The resigning district chairs are expected to become mayoral candidates in the local elections.
