In a post on his social media account, Tayyar stated, "CHP member Mehmet Sevigen claims that an 'absolute nullity' ruling will be issued in the CHP congress case moved to the appellate court. If such a ruling is issued, the CHP administration will fall entirely, and former chairman Kılıçdaroğlu will return to office. Will it happen? I have no prediction."

Furthermore, Tayyar alleged that similar claims were conveyed to him last week by a reliable source. Stating that this source is someone from Kılıçdaroğlu's team, Tayyar said, "When combined with Sevigen's statements, we understand that Kılıçdaroğlu's team is, in market terms, buying into such a possibility."
