Ahmet Davutoğlu: I will be a presidential candidate in the first elections

Future Party Chairman Ahmet Davutoğlu announced that he will be a candidate in the elections to be held in 2028, stating, "I will be a presidential candidate in the first elections."

THEY ENTERED ON CHP LISTS

In the general elections on May 14, Davutoğlu took part in the 'Table of Six' (altılı masa) and supported the former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in the presidential election. The Future Party, led by Davutoğlu, entered the elections under the CHP logo.

The Future Party entered the 2023 general elections on CHP lists, and 19 spots were reserved for the Future Party on the CHP lists. Following the elections, 10 members from Davutoğlu's party became members of parliament.

In his latest statement, Davutoğlu announced that he would be a candidate in the upcoming elections, saying, "I will be a presidential candidate in the first elections."
