The photo of a 'lobster at the Monaco Yacht Club' shared by Bursalı on her Instagram account has sparked public debate.

The photo of a lobster feast at the 'Monaco Yacht Club' shared by AKP İzmir Deputy Şebnem Bursalı on her Instagram account drew a reaction from CHP Istanbul Deputy Oğuz Kaan Salıcı.

Salıcı criticized Bursalı's post, describing the situation as a form of class discrimination.

In his post, Salıcı stated, "While young people cannot even afford a fish sandwich in Eminönü, AKP Deputy Şebnem Bursalı's lobster feast at the Monaco Yacht Club is a matter of class; posting it as a story is vulgar and the epitome of AKP arrogance."

Furthermore, Salıcı asked, "Bon appétit, Ms. Şebnem. What was the bill? You know how inflation is. Was it at least cheaper than in Turkey?"
