AKP's Balâ Mayor in Ankara, Ahmet Buran, has announced his party's candidate for the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

The introductory meeting where the AKP will announce many of its candidates, primarily its candidate for the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, will be held today.
However, AKP Balâ Mayor Ahmet Buran revealed his party's Ankara candidate on his social media account before Erdoğan did.
Buran shared an image of Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok and Ankara Provincial Chair Hakan Han Özcan standing side by side with the note "Ya Bismillah".
It had been claimed that Turgut Altınok was called and informed about his candidacy yesterday.
