AKP Deputy Chairman Hayati Yazıcı reacted to the Court of Cassation, which did not issue a release order despite the Constitutional Court's ruling of rights violation regarding Can Atalay, and which filed a criminal complaint against the Constitutional Court members who signed the violation ruling, marking a first in history.

''WE ARE EXPERIENCING EVENTS THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN''

Yazıcı's post on the X platform is as follows:

"There are events that occur where, in order to analyze them, it becomes a problem whether you speak or not. We are experiencing such an event that should never, ever happen. It's a pity, a great pity. The powers that constitute the state solve problems. They never produce problems, nor can they. They cannot trip each other up."

ŞAMİL TAYYAR HAD ALSO REACTED

AKP member Şamil Tayyar was also among those who reacted.

Tayyar, "The Court of Cassation 3rd Criminal Chamber's will to 'not comply' with the Constitutional Court's ruling is not legal. The criminal complaint against Constitutional Court members is an absurdity. Such unlawful practices, revived by the judiciary, are reminiscent of the military tutelage era; it is very saddening." he stated.
