AKP's Miroğlu claimed it was Cilvegözü: It turns out the photo was taken in China

It has been revealed that the photo shared on social media by former AKP MP Orhan Miroğlu regarding the return of Syrians does not belong to the Cilvegözü border gate, but to a border gate in China.

Former AKP MP Orhan Miroğlu shared a photo on social media that he claimed showed Syrians returning to Turkey. In his post, Miroğlu said, "It's like the apocalypse! Syrians are at the Cilvegözü border gate!" and stated that this image was a symbol of a revolutionary return.

However, an examination of the photo revealed that it was taken in China and has no connection to the border gate in Turkey.

REACTION FROM ÜMİT ÖZDAĞ TO MIROĞLU

Zafer Party leader Ümit Özdağ posted on the social media platform X, stating, "It has emerged that the photo shared by AK Party's Orhan Miroğlu, claiming that Syrians are returning to Syria, is not the Cilvegözü border gate, but the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau expressway in China. Mr. Orhan, could it be that the Syrians are returning to China? Just as Orhan Miroğlu shares fake photos, the claim that Syrians are returning in droves is also a lie. But they will return in the end because the Zafer Party will send them back. I wonder if the Communications Directorate's very famous Disinformation production center will make a statement?"
