In his written statement, Bulucu recalled that he has served in various positions within the party for 15 years.

Stating that he has requested to be relieved of his duty as of today, Bulucu said, "I have concluded my tenure as the Adıyaman Provincial Chair, a position I held with great honor and pride, as of today.

In our party, positions are not requested; they are assigned. In every role I have held within the organization to date, I have strived to do my best with a sense of mission and a special love and affection for our Chairman and President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

During the period I undertook the Provincial Chairmanship, as everyone is aware, our Adıyaman had just emerged from the February 6 disaster."

Stating that he will continue to be a soldier for his party at all times, Bulucu noted the following:

"While on one hand we made efforts to solve the problems of our citizens and earthquake victims, on the other hand, we completed our preparations for the local government elections without any shortcomings.

Although there was a great success across the Adıyaman province, especially at the district level, encountering an unexpected result in the central district affected us deeply.

The decision made by our nation is a crown upon our heads as a movement that believes in democracy. In order for the process ahead to be conducted more healthily, I have requested from our Headquarters to be relieved of the provincial chairmanship that I have carried out with honor, as a soldier of our party.

Of course, this is not an end for us. On the contrary, it is a beginning. With God's permission, just as before, we will continue to look after our cause without regard for working hours for our AK cause and for our President, and we will continue to stand by our world leader at all times."
