AKP's Yenişehirlioğlu, who shared a photo with a Rolex, reposts the deleted image: 'Earned through honest means...'

AKP Group Deputy Chairman Bahadır Yenişehirlioğlu, who deleted a photo taken in parliament showing him wearing a 562 thousand lira Rolex watch, has reposted the image. Yenişehirlioğlu stated, "By the way, I will continue to wear my watch, which I earned through honest means and the sweat of my brow."

AKP Group Deputy Chairman Bahadır Yenişehirlioğlu took a selfie with fellow citizens he was hosting at the Turkish Grand National Assembly and shared it on social media.

Comments were made to Yenişehirlioğlu, whose Rolex watch was visible on his wrist, such as, 'I wish we could also wear Rolexes and eat lobster. Even your teeth are veneers, while the people don't have teeth in their mouths.'

After the comments, Yenişehirlioğlu deleted his post but later shared the same photo again on the social media platform X.

"MY WATCH, WHICH I EARNED THROUGH HONEST MEANS..."

Yenişehirlioğlu included the following statements in his post:

"The reason I deleted this post is as follows: It is due to the insults and profanity directed at the valuable party members from Isparta who were behind me. Even if these low-level comments are deleted, they are still visible on Twitter. However, my post remains on Instagram. Because there, when low-level posts are deleted, they are no longer visible. By the way, I will continue to wear my watch, which I earned through honest means and the sweat of my brow."
