IYI Party leader Meral Akşener spoke at a consultation meeting held in Şile yesterday (November 18).

Addressing the recent resignations within her party, Akşener stated that a psychological war is being waged against the IYI Party and put forward a claim that is set to spark significant debate.

"I AM FOLLOWING THIS AS A FORMER INTERIOR MINISTER"

Akşener alleged that there are police chiefs who own hotels and that orphaned, vulnerable girls from state care homes are being forced into prostitution at these hotels, adding, "As a former Interior Minister, I am following this closely."

Akşener continued her remarks as follows;

"There are police chiefs who own hotels. In those hotels, beyond just prostitution, orphaned girls are being exploited."

"THEY ARE WAGING A PSYCHOLOGICAL WAR AGAINST THE IYI PARTY"

"They are waging a psychological war against the IYI Party because we oppose these things and because we do not turn a blind eye to them. But they are facing a student of the late Teoman Koman. Who is tougher? We shall all see."
