YENİ Party MPs will begin field operations as of September 10. The work is planned to be carried out in two groups between September 10-20 and September 20-30.
In line with the decision taken at the Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting on August 24, 2026, the primary goal of the program has been set as explaining the party's founding rationale and political approach directly to citizens.
According to Birgün, citing party sources, the field contacts will emphasize that the YENİ Party follows a political line that "rejects opposition within the boundaries drawn for it." MPs are also expected to share the message with voters that the party "is a target of a civil coup but has not given up."
FRAMEWORK OF THE FIELD OPERATIONS
MPs have been asked to prepare reports containing concrete findings, policy recommendations, and assessments regarding the cities where the work is conducted. The reports, which are expected not to exceed five pages, will be submitted to the YENİ Party Parliamentary Group Office no later than October 5.
The three main objectives of the field program are listed as: sharing the party's founding goals with citizens, collecting citizens' expectations and suggestions firsthand, and determining policy topics to be highlighted both nationwide and at the provincial level.
As part of the efforts, MPs are planned to meet with citizens as well as non-governmental organizations, democratic mass organizations, labor unions, employer representatives, and opinion leaders. It is also aimed to establish contact with local media and organize meetings in fields, workplaces, and factories.
MPs have been instructed to use a positive tone that highlights solution proposals rather than language that targets other parties and increases hopelessness. It was stated that provincial chairs will accompany the MPs to act as rapporteurs during the field contacts.
