"WE PLEDGE"

Signing the Anıtkabir Special Book there, Ağıralioğlu wrote the following note:

“Great founder of the last Turkish State, we know how and at what cost, and by paying what price, you left us this sacred homeland and this state. With the consciousness of how and at what cost we will protect this sacred homeland, state, and Republic, we pledge to the nation in the presence of your sacred memory with reason, morality, justice, determination, and dedication. The Republic of Turkey will endure forever. May your soul rest in peace.”
