Aksakallı stated, "We are aware of this plan, which plays into the hands of other parties ahead of the local elections. I hereby inform the public that I will be filing a lawsuit for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages."

"A conscious effort has been initiated to damage the reputation of the İYİ Party in the eyes of the public and to destabilize our party. We are aware of this plan, which satisfies the revenge desires of a politically liquidated team and plays into the hands of other parties ahead of the local elections. While dramatizing problems that are likely to occur in every political party, there is a heavy price to pay for reflecting untrue events as if they were real and shaking the public's trust in political institutions. Democracy is possible with opposition, and opposition is possible with stable, institutional parties.

"WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE PAWNS TRYING TO DIRECT POLITICS AS COUNTERPARTS"

The İYİ Party is a party capable of solving its internal problems by operating its decision-making bodies in a way that will ease the conscience of its voters and the public. The İYİ Party does not surrender to external maneuvers and does not accept pawns trying to direct politics with daily gossip as counterparts. Our political goal is clear. We will not give up on our goal of saving our country from this bad and incompetent management approach. We are standing for this, and we are continuing our struggle for this.

The claims that 'I threatened him and received money from certain people and delivered them to Esma Bekar and her husband' during a meeting held one-on-one at the request of the aforementioned person are absolutely not true. I submit to the appreciation of the public that these false statements, which are alleged to have occurred in the past, were shared following the initiation of an investigation by the Joint Disciplinary Board regarding the aforementioned person.

I respectfully inform you that I will be filing a lawsuit for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages against Ümit Dikbayır in a short time due to his false statements against me."
