ASAL Research shares results of August poll: What is the point gap between AKP and YENİ Party?
ASAL Research has shared the results of its parliamentary general election survey for the August 2026 period with the public. While participants were asked about their political party preferences, the research also included vote shares for numerous parties.

ASAL Research has published the results of its parliamentary general election survey for the August 2026 period. In the research, participants were asked the question, "If there were a parliamentary general election this Sunday, which political party would you vote for?"
According to the results announced after the distribution of undecided voters, those who stated they would not vote, those with no opinion, and those who did not respond, the AKP ranked first with 33.4 percent.
In the poll, the YENİ Party placed second with a vote share of 21.2 percent. Accordingly, the gap between the AKP and the YENİ Party was calculated as 12.2 points. It was noted that the YENİ Party was included in ASAL Research's August study for the first time and reached a vote share of over 20 percent.
The DEM Party ranked third with 9.5 percent, and the CHP ranked fourth with 9.2 percent. The MHP followed the CHP with a vote share of 8.5 percent.
