It has been learned that Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who has become a key figure in operations targeting CHP-run municipalities, received 594 tenders over 15 years, with 473 of these tenders coming from AKP-run municipalities and public institutions.

Aziz İhsan Aktaş was arrested on charges of establishing a criminal organization during an operation targeting the CHP-run Beşiktaş Municipality, and was placed under house arrest after benefiting from effective remorse provisions. His accusations led to the arrest of several CHP mayors.

DISTRIBUTION OF TENDERS

In a study conducted under the instruction of Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, the commercial registry records of 17 companies linked to Aktaş were examined. According to a report by Sözcü, 12 companies received a total of 594 tenders within 15 years. Of these tenders, 121 came from CHP-run municipalities, while 473 came from AKP-run municipalities and public institutions. While the rate of tenders received from CHP-run municipalities was 20.37 percent, those received from AKP-run municipalities amounted to 79.63 percent.

NO INVESTIGATION INTO AKP-RUN MUNICIPALITIES!

Aziz İhsan Aktaş's accusations led to the arrest of Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat, Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar, and several other CHP mayors. However, no investigation has been launched regarding AKP-run municipalities.

Among the institutions from which Aktaş received tenders are significant state bodies such as the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff, and TRT. Additionally, many universities and public institutions are also on this list.

No official records were found indicating that the companies Perla Denizcilik, Tigris İnşaat Maden ve Gıda, Aktaş Grup Sosyal Hizmetler, Güven Holding, and Güven Elif Otoyol İşletmeleri, which are stated to be linked to Aziz İhsan Aktaş or where he is listed as a partner, have received any tenders in the EKAP system.
