Following a meeting held by MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli to end the long-standing feud between the Sarallar and Şahinler groups, a statement has come from Sedat Peker.
Bahçeli brought Sedat Şahin and Burhanettin Saral together at the MHP Headquarters. Photos of the meeting were shared on MHP's social media accounts.
In the MHP's post, it was stated, "Two valuable families of our country, the Sarallar and Şahinler families, came together at our headquarters with our Chairman, Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, in a historic embrace and meeting."
Sedat Peker, who is currently in the United Arab Emirates, also expressed his support for the meeting in a post on his Instagram account.
"Those who mediate for peace and those who decide on peace are the servants most beloved by Almighty ALLAH. It is a very valuable decision; may Almighty ALLAH be pleased with everyone who contributed, especially MHP Chairman Mr. Devlet Bahçeli."
