Bahçeli stated, "The meeting our President held yesterday at the Presidential Complex with the DEM Party delegation is praiseworthy in terms of its content, progress, and symbolic expression."

"The independence, sovereign rights, and political and territorial integrity of Turkey and neighboring countries are sensitive, critical, and burning issues that will never accept debate. The goal of a 'Turkey without terrorism' must be realized without slowing down and without further delay, and this scourge that has spanned decades must be eliminated. The February 27 İmralı call must be met with a response.
