The repercussions of the absolute nullity ruling issued by the Ankara Regional Court of Justice 36th Civil Chamber regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress continue. In accordance with the ruling, enforcement officers appointed by the court delivered the decision to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in person as a file.
With the decision announced yesterday, the court also ruled for the removal of the current Republican People's Party administration from office. According to information obtained, members of the Party Assembly will be called individually regarding the process.
