An access ban has been issued for the X platform social media account of detained IMM Mayor İmamoğlu, which was used for his Presidential Candidacy Office. The decision was made on the grounds of protecting national security and public order.

While the page is still accessible, the blocking order has been forwarded to service providers.

According to EngelliWeb, the decision in question has been transmitted to internet service providers. The X platform has not yet made the account invisible from Turkey.

An access ban had previously been imposed on another account belonging to İmamoğlu.
