The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that the IMM indictment has been completed and the files of two CHP deputies have been sent to Ankara.

Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Akın Gürlek announced that the indictment prepared regarding the IMM has been completed.
In this context, he stated that the files of CHP Istanbul Deputy Turan Taşkın Özer and CHP Deputy Chairman and Istanbul Deputy Özgür Karabat have been referred to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Chief Prosecutor Gürlek stated that both deputies are listed as "suspects" and "members of an organization" in the IMM file. For this reason, he emphasized that the file was sent to Ankara with a decision of lack of jurisdiction and that the request for the lifting of the deputies' immunity is also included in the file.
