The CHP Beykoz Mayor was detained on February 27. Beykoz Mayor Alaattin Köseler, who was detained on charges of 'rigging a tender' and 'establishing, being a member of, and aiding an organization for the purpose of committing a crime,' has been arrested.
13 people, including Köseler, who were referred to the court, were arrested, while 4 people were released under judicial control conditions.
Initially, Beykoz Municipality Culture and Social Affairs Manager Erkan Duyar had been detained.
Within the scope of the investigation launched by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of 'rigging a tender,' 5 municipal officials and 15 company officials who were tender contractors or bidders had also been detained.
The individuals held in custody at the Police Department on Vatan Street were referred to the Beykoz Courthouse this morning following a health check.
The individuals whose statements were completed were referred to the Beykoz Criminal Court of Peace with a request for arrest.
