Breaking News... Murat Ongun's home raided for the 3rd time

İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Spokesperson Murat Ongun announced early in the morning that his home had been raided for the third time. Ongun stated that, within the scope of the 9th wave operation, police came to his home in the early hours of the morning and carried out a search and detention.

In a statement he made on a social media platform, Ongun used the following words:

"At dawn, police came to our home for the 3rd time and conducted a search and detention. This time they took my dear brother-in-law. The treatment being carried out against my family and me has gone beyond the dimension of oppression and turned into a unique exercise of power. Strong evidence of crime has given way to a strong oath of revenge. Common sense and impartiality have vanished. There is nothing left to say but: may God grant wisdom and conscience."
