"Dear Turkish youth, it is understood that university students who support the PKK terrorist organization, or militants posing as students, are preparing to mobilize to disrupt public order and establish dominance by spreading psychological terror on campuses. No matter how much these supporters of the terrorist organization provoke you, ignore these provocations. Do not do what the police, gendarmerie, and private security are supposed to do. The reason you are at university is to receive a successful education. Focus on this goal. Express your reaction to what is happening at the ballot box."
