Cem Küçük signals new operation targeting IMM subsidiaries

In a statement on TGRT Haber, Cem Küçük indicated that an operation targeting İSPARK, a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), could be on the agenda.

Cem Küçük, appearing on a live broadcast on TGRT Haber, stated that operations targeting certain subsidiaries of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) could continue.

Küçük said that following the operations previously conducted against İSTAÇ and İSFALT, İSPARK could be next in line.

Cem Küçük included the following remarks in his statement:

“In my opinion, there will be an operation against İSPARK as well. After the second wave, the prosecutor's office had requested the tender files for İSTAÇ, İSFALT, and İSPARK.

I said an operation would come for İSTAÇ and İSFALT, and it did.

İSPARK is the only one left that hasn't been subjected to an operation. I don't think there will be one for any other subsidiary besides İSPARK."

These remarks were interpreted as Küçük, who has previously provided information regarding operations by the AKP government against the opposition, signaling a new operation targeting IMM subsidiaries.
