Change at the YSK: Serdar Mutta elected president
Serdar Mutta has become the new president following an election held for the presidency at the Supreme Election Council (YSK), where the previous term had expired. Six new members elected from the quotas of the Court of Cassation and the Council of State have also taken their oaths and begun their duties.

A change of leadership has taken place at the Supreme Election Council (YSK), the most critical institution for election calendars. While the individuals elected as members of the council took their oaths and began their duties, the presidential election was also held.
NEW MEMBERS BEGIN THEIR DUTIES
Six individuals elected to YSK membership by the General Assemblies of the Court of Cassation and the Council of State officially began their duties by taking their oaths at a ceremony held.
PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION HELD
Following the swearing-in ceremony, an election was held to determine the new names to replace the YSK President and Deputy President, whose terms had expired. As a result of the voting, Serdar Mutta was elected as the President of the Supreme Election Council.
